Accomodations
Our trailer is 15 feet long, 7.5 feet tall and requires a flat surface. We also need access to a 110V power source to connect our equipment. If these conditions cannot be met, please inform us, and we will gladly explore alternative arrangements. Keep in mind, the space must be accessible to park and load our vehicle in and out.
What is Supplied?
We provide all the necessary drinkware, napkins, straws, mixers, garnishes, and ice. Additionally, we can accommodate as many bartenders as necessary to ensure the success of your event. If you have any specific additions in mind, please don't hesitate to inform us!
Cancellation Policy
Come rain or shine, you can count on us being there! We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we'll make every effort to reschedule your event, subject to our availability In case of rain, the client is responsible for any outdoor tents or coverings.
Reservations
To secure your date, we require a 75% deposit (partially refundable) and a signed contract, which will be applied to your total invoice. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. Please note, your date is not confirmed in our books until both the contract is signed and the deposit is received. For bookings made more than a year in advance, we offer the option of a 50% deposit to hold your date.
Indoor Service
Certainly! As long as the entryway can accommodate our trailer's dimensions and the truck needed to transport it. Our bar measures 15 feet in length with the hitch, 8 feet in width, and 8 feet in height. We also offer our "Alpenglow" wooden bar for smaller spaces or specific locations.
Insurance
For your peace of mind, we maintain both general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance. Our policy includes a $1,000,000 Occurrence / $2,000,000 Aggregate.
Who Buys?
Depending on how you want to approach your service, we offer a BYOB or an all-inclusive package; the right permits just have to be in place. Regardless, we are more than willing to collaborate with you in developing a shopping list customized to your guest count.
How Far Will We Go?
We are prepared to travel anywhere between Hood River and the Bend area. If your event falls outside this region, please inform us, and we will explore the possibility of accommodating your location. Keep in mind: we love to travel! For distances exceeding a 75-mile radius from Maupin, a travel fee of $1.50 per mile will be applied.
Simply a Bartender?
We are pleased to offer bartenders for all types of events. For more intimate venues, you have the option to choose our stand alone bar as an alternative to the Wanderlust mobile trailer.
